Our focus at Exciting Moments is to provide personal, detailed and customized service to each client. Our goal is to create and execute the wedding or event that you have always envisioned. We understand that each client comes to us with specific needs and budgets that we cater to. Although we offer three general packages, each one can be customized to fit your wants, needs and desires. In general, wedding and event planning is very detailed and complicated. We have devised a way to basically describe the dissection of a wedding and event. We approach each wedding and event as though it had three parts.

Our professional wedding and event consultants can do one part of the planning or all three parts of the planning depending on the needs of the client.We customize each proposal to our client's needs. We begin with our minimum service package (Silver Service Package) and add services on top of that. Due to the range of talent our consultants have, our minimum service package ranges from $625.00 and Up. We have wedding consultants to fit all of our potential client's needs. Silver Service Wedding from Call for Pricing: We refer to this package as our “Day Of” package. Our Silver Service is designed for the bride and groom who live in the area and have ability to plan their wedding. The bride would be taking care of the first two parts of our three part wedding explanation and then they would turn it over to us to execute the third part. We “wrap up” all the details with the vendors, provide wedding itineraries and execute the bride’s wishes on the weekend of the wedding.
Gold Service Wedding from Call for Pricing:
Our gold service package was designed for the bride who would like to plan a majority of their wedding, but would prefer to have some guidance with certain aspects of the wedding. This package allows the bride to work on her wedding with the safeguard of knowing a professional wedding consultant is at her fingertips to ease her mind and allow her to enjoy this most special time of her life. In our wedding planning approach, the bride would be taking care of part one and then work with the consultant on part two while having the consultant do part three.
Platinum Service Wedding- Call for Pricing
Our platinum service package will allow the bride to relax and enjoy the entire planning process of the wedding. The bride will provide us guidance while we manage every aspect of the wedding. We will begin with the initial design of the event and end with the execution of the event. This will not only include the big things in the wedding (vendor selection) but the tiny details of the wedding (napkin folds and place cards). The bride will s till feel like she is part of her own wedding, but this service will allow her to “be the relaxing bride” through the entire planning process.
Signature Elite- Call for pricing
The Signature Elite has been meticulously crafted for the bride, groom and their families who wish to truly enjoy every moment of this exciting time coupled with the knowledge that a professional planner is seamlessly orchestrating all the details of the event.
Platinum Event Service- Call for pricing
We offer service on numerous events in addition to weddings. Our staff has been extensively trained in coordinating and consulting on Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Quinceaneras, Corporate retreats, Corporate meetings, Conventions, Fashion Shows, Profit and Non-profit Galas, School functions, Anniversary Parties, Baby Showers and Birthday Parties. We are able to assist you with every detail and you will be allowed to enjoy your event. Due to the individuality of each event, we will create a custom proposal for you.
Hourly consultations are available without a minimum service required
Each package is divided into five equal payments with the non-refundable deposit due at the signing of the contract, the final payment due 30 days prior to the event and payments 2-4 equally distributed in between these two dates.
The first payment is a non-refundable retainer fee.
Checks are payable to Platinum Weddings & Events and Credit Card payments are welcome
A $25.00 late fee is applied to all past due invoices
